General conditions of Sale
These general conditions govern the methods of sale of the products marketed by Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl (the "Products").
All contracts for the sale of Products by Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl to third parties (the "Customers") are governed by these General Conditions, which form an integral and substantial part of each proposal, order and purchase order confirmation of the Products themselves. The conditions of sale applicable to orders are those in force on the date of the order itself.
1. Products: pricing and features
1.1 Unless otherwise indicated, the prices of the Products published on the site by Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Ex-EU residents or those with a foreign VAT number see prices excluding taxes.
Shipping costs are excluded.
Shipments outside the European Community (extra EU) are also net of any customs duties, which will be paid by the recipient and will be requested by the shipping company during delivery.

2. Ordering and Billing
Each order of Products sent to Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl constitutes a contractual proposal from the Customer. The processing of the order by Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl is equivalent to confirmation and acceptance of the same. The tax documentation relating to the Products ordered will be issued by Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl at the time of shipment of the Products themselves to the Customer. The Customer must indicate the exact data necessary for invoicing and specify the shipping address of the invoice itself.
3. Acceptance of the order
The conclusion of the contract will take place only upon confirmation of the order by Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl. 4. Execution of the order
The order will be executed within the terms specified on the Site, barring unforeseen circumstances linked to delays in production, material supply, etc.
Once confirmed, the order can only be canceled within 24 hours, after which the customer is obliged to pay. In compliance with the relevant laws, the customer can still return the order within 14 days, following our Return Policy (See point 11).
In case of failure to execute the order by Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl (if the same is due to unavailability of the Products ordered by the Customer), Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl will inform the Customer as soon as possible of the expected delivery times for the supply of the missing Product. If the Customer does not intend to wait this time, in any case not exceeding 30 working days, Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl will refund any sums already paid by them for the supply not carried out.
In the event of breakage, out of stock or unavailability of the Product ordered, Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible and to specify a deadline for availability. The Customer will confirm by email his choice, i.e. wait for the availability of the Product or request a refund. </ P>
5. Delivery of the order
The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer.
Shipping will take place after receiving confirmation of payments : for the bank transfer the credit to our current account is valid, for the payment by credit card the confirmation of the transaction by the circuit is valid.
For our shipments we rely on the service of qualified express couriers such as Bartolini, UPS, DHL or couriers specialized in the delivery of furniture and furnishings to guarantee the quality of the service and the integrity of the Products.
6. Delivery times
Usually deliveries of products available in stock are made via express courier within 5/7 working days in Italy, within 7/9 working days in Europe, within 8/10 days working hours for all other destinations.
In the case of large orders and/or particularly fragile products, shipping is carried out via specialized couriers with variable delivery times in relation to the volume and destination of the goods. The shipping deadline for an order containing items with different delivery times is equal to the longest shipping deadline for the items in the order. Each product sheet indicates the availability times of the item from the time of order. To these must be added the standard shipping times or shipping times with specialized courier indicated above, based on the destination and volume of the order.

7. Delivery to floor and assembly
Deliveries are intended exclusively at street level and collection of used items is not foreseen.
Special delivery conditions and terms must be previously agreed between the Customer and Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl and accepted by Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl
Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl offers assembly services unless previously agreed in writing.
Most of our products travel pre-assembled: the Assembly is in most cases quite simple and consists of assembling already defined pieces. If necessary, Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl will provide the customer with the assembly sheet for the product purchased.
It is important to know that:
Upon delivery, the Customer must check the packaging, contents, conformity and condition of the Product(s). Therefore, upon delivery, Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl recommends that the Customer proceed to check the status of the Products delivered before signing the acknowledgment of receipt, and to ensure in particular:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document attached to the shipment;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, and to check the integrity of the content.
If the Customer notices anomalies, he is required to refuse the delivery of the products or put your reservations in writing in a detailed and dated document. If the courier's document is signed without placing any "reservations", the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered. 8. Collection of products in case of absence of the customer
In case of absence of the recipient during delivery, the carrier will leave a notice of passage at the delivery address indicated by the Customer. The Products must be collected at the address and in the manner indicated by the carrier.
In the event of failure to collect the Products within the deadline established by the carrier, the Products will be returned to Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl, which reserves the right to reimburse part of the price of the products, withholding the amounts corresponding to the damage suffered also as lost profits and leaving shipping costs to be paid by the customer.
In the event of an error regarding the Product, the Customer undertakes to return said Product or Products concerned to Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 within 7 (seven) days of receipt, with the package closed, in their original condition and packaging and with the accompanying documents.
Once the Product has been received in the correct form and manner, Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl will return the Product initially ordered at its own expense.
9. Force Major
In addition to those normally considered by jurisprudence, the following cases are explicitly considered as cases of force majeure:
- total or partial strikes, internal or external to the company, blocking of means of transport or supplies for any reason, governmental or legal restrictions, IT failures, the blocking of telecommunications including networks and in particular the internet.
In case of force majeure it will be suspended, initially, in full right, the execution of the order.
If a period of 3 (three) months has elapsed and the parties note the persistence of the case of force majeure, the The order will be automatically cancelled, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
10. Product Warranties - Technical Assistance

10.1 Any defects covered by the Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl Warranty must be reported by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, no later than 7 (days) days from the delivery date. In case of operation of the Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl Guarantee, the Customer will only be entitled to the replacement of the damaged Products upon return of the same, the Customer's right to compensation for any damage, even further, being excluded. The shipping costs necessary for the replacement of Products are borne by Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl.
10.2 Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous article 10.1, Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl does not provide any further guarantee on the Products compared to that provided by the individual Manufacturers. Technical assistance and warranty interventions on the Products are carried out, where applicable, by the individual Manufacturers, according to the terms and methods reported in the documentation attached to the Products themselves. In particular, Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl does not provide any guarantee regarding the compatibility of the Products with other Products or equipment used by the Customer, nor does it provide any guarantee regarding the suitability of the Products for the specific use intended by the Customer.
10.3 Without prejudice to the hypotheses of willful misconduct or gross negligence of Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl, it is hereby agreed that, should the liability of Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 be ascertained srl in any capacity towards the Customer - including the case of total or partial failure to fulfill the obligations undertaken by Bartolomeo On Line towards the Customer as a result of the execution of an order - the liability of Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl cannot be higher than the price of the Products purchased by the Customer and for which the dispute arose.
11. Right of withdrawal
11.1 Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185, the Customer (if he qualifies as a "consumer" pursuant to art. 1 letter b) of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185) has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the Products ordered, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the Products themselves.

11.3 Effect of withdrawal
If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the consumer in accordance with the provisions indicated here, Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl will refund the amount paid to the Customer for all payments made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of: additional costs resulting from the possible choice of a type of delivery different from the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us; additional costs that the Customer has requested. By exercising the right of withdrawal on a single product whose value has allowed the activation of promotions on Free Standard Shipping within a larger supply, the promotion will no longer be applicable; in this case the shipping costs of the order will be charged to the consumer as per the tariff and therefore deducted from the refund due ), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract.

Payment of the fee is due at the time of the order.
The Customer undertakes to pay the price agreed for the Product ordered on the Site (price of the Products and transport) as well as, if necessary, to pay or have the VAT or other taxes paid directly to the courier or carrier relating to the importation of the Products into the countries where delivery will take place .
The Customer pays for the order:
- By credit card as proposed on the Site.
The Customer guarantees Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 srl that he has any authorizations necessary to use the card payment method when ordering.

13. Failure to pay - Reservation of title
