The "Fresh Fish" series of cutting boards is inspired by the artistic activity of Stefano Pilato from Livorno. From the meeting between Stefano Pilato and KnIndustrie the idea was born of transforming some of his works into concrete objects with a practical function and with serial development. Like Blue Fish, a kitchen cutting board made of canaletto walnut, decorated with a sculpture to hang and a plate for serving meats and cheeses, with its large bowl-shaped eye.
