The originality and workmanship of the legs are the real protagonists of the Riddled table, which takes up the theme of porosity present in many architecture by Steven Holl. The very thin sheets of wood, folded thanks to laser engraving, make this project even more spectacular, which seems a challenge to the laws of physics. The two legs, similar to origami sculptures, allow the internal light to pass through them in a veritable explosion of shadow games.
Tempered glass top, 12 mm thick. Legs made of a material created and patented by HORM composed of a 2.2 mm thick wood and fabric sandwich which, thanks to superficial laser cuts, is folded like a origami. Optional LED lighting system ((input 100-240V - Eurospina)
CEE 7/16) with rechargeable batteries (autonomy: 6 hours) positioned inside the legs.
