The tagine is a pan of North African origin. During cooking, the steam rises towards the less hot part of the conical lid, condenses and falls on the food, keeping it soft. Ideal for long cooking and at low temperatures. The practicality of use of this tagine, given by the excellent thermal conductivity of the aluminum, is further enhanced by the non-stick treatment made in the refined dark brown color.
