Shipping and Assembly

Whatever the product you have purchased, we want you to have the best service.

Standard Shipping is always on the road floor. You can get the goods delivered to any address by specifying the full details at the time of order.

In addition you can request with addition price:

• Delivery to the plan
• The Assembly

The Standard Shipping is free in Europe, (except for glass products or those deemed fragile and for the following areas: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Cyprus, Andorra and smaller islands or other areas considered difficult to reach) on purchases from from € 100.

Delivery times vary depending on the size of the products purchased, compatible with the availability in stock and the purchase period.

Expected days of waiting exclude holidays and any bridges. For products not available in the warehouse, the calculation of the waiting times between 1 and 27 August is excluded. For warehouse products, shipment takes place on a regular basis except on Bank Holiday and in the month of August for the closure of the company.

For the plan’s delivery and assembly our staff will handle everything. From assembling pieces to picking up your packaging and cartons of your purchases. The service is active throughout Italy.Electrical and water connections are excluded from service.

Shipping via Sea For some destinations, and in case of bulky objects, shipping is also planned. Delivery times vary depending on the destination from 2 to 5 weeks. Cost is available for many products already in checkout or on request to our customer service by sending an email to Bart@bartolomeoarreda.it

Export withdrawalYou can pick up the products at our warehouse, even if the final destination of the goods is outside the European Union. In that case, the invoice will not include the Italian VAT and the responsibility for the export declaration will be entirely borne by the buyer. Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 will only accept couriers specializing in non-EU shipments, thus refusing to withdraw with private means or national couriers. Our Customer Service can contact the courier in charge of the buyer to check the actual final destination and may suspend the order until the customer will pay the VAT, which will be re-accredited upon receipt of the export documents.
